Courier Delivery

Freight charges are automatically calculated once they have been added to your shopping cart. Freight is calculated by size and weight.Rural delivery may take longer. Note: We cannot deliver to a PO Box, it must be a physical address. For more information please see www.castleparcels.co.nz.
At this time we do not ship outside of New Zealand.

South Island

$6 Rural fee per 25kg
$15 Waiheke Island fee per 25kg

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 12pm will generally ship that day. All North Island deliveries are made the next business day. South Island deliveries are 2 business days. Rural orders will take up to two days extra on these delivery times.
We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped, including tracking details. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the Monday. Orders paid with bank deposit will ship once funds have cleared, usually next business day
