Shipping and Pick up information

Pick up Option

Pick up is available from Avalon in Lower Hutt- Orders can be picked up most days and times. Preferable if orders are placed the day before pickup. Place your order and let us know when you'd like to pick up.

Courier Delivery

We use NZ Post as our courier partner. They are NZ's biggest and most trusted courier company. With the tracking details provided you can get text or email updates on your orders.

All orders are shipped with Authority to leave. If you do not wish for the order to be left please choose any of the 300 parcel collection locations.

Freight charges are automatically calculated once they have been added to your shopping cart. Freight is calculated by size and weight. The weight guide below is an estimate as cubic metre charges apply as well

We can deliver to a PO Box,

At this time we do not ship outside of New Zealand.

$7 up to 25kg

North Island
$5 up to 2kg
$7 up to 5kg
$12 up to 25kg

South Island
$5 up to 2kg
$9 up to 5kg
$20 up to 25kg

$5 Rural fee per 25kg

No extra fee for Chatham, Stewart or Waiheke Islands (Unless Rural)

Delivery Times

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm will generally ship that day, otherwise the next business day.

North Island deliveries

Should all be delivered the next business day

South Island deliveries

Orders under 2kg should be delivered the next business day
Orders over 2kg should be delivered within two business days

Rural deliveries

Will take one to two days extra on these delivery times.

Tracking details

We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the Monday. Orders paid with bank deposit will ship once funds have cleared, usually next business day
