VH Citric Acid

Citric Acid is used as a final rinse after sterilizing equipment to adjust the pH of the water used.
Make a final rise solution by mixing two teaspoons of Citric Acid per 10L of water.
Note: Citric acid CANNOT be used to adjust acidity/pH in wines.
