Brewhouse Light Dry Malt Extract

Light coloured pure malt extract. Use alone for light coloured beer or use with specialty malts for all styles.

Excellent for boosting gravity and body to kit beers.
Also used for yeast propagation (yeast starters).

Usage:
When making yeast starters, use at a rate of 100g per litre of water.
500g of Dry malt extract in 20 Litres of wort will provide approximately 1.009 gravity points.
