Hot Box Raspberry Sour

This beer is currently under trial. Once we are satisfied with it's results we will produce it. Likely release early November .

We've had a few requests for a sour beer (One customer continually asks us!!!) and we wanted to make sure we had everything to make brew day the easiest possible. We've made this with a lactic acid addition to the beer, so no harmful bacteria are needed on you brewing equipment, just the trusty US - 05. The fruit has also been added during the boil so ne messy add Ons needed in fermentation. This beer will ferment out dry. Our recommendation is to add some maltodextrin if you want some sweetness and those who want to make a milkshake sour to add Lactose. This wort pack comes with a simple malt base, mildly bittered and a generous amount of fruit

*This wort pack comes with everything needed to brew the beer. If you want to clear the beer we recommend using a beer finnings which is in the quick add section below. If the beer is being bottle conditioned will need either priming sugar or carbonation drops also in the quick add section below

What's a wort pack? A Wort pack is the easiest way to brew at home. No extra ingredients are needed. You are supplied with all the ingredients made at a pro brewery. Tip your wort into a fermenter add the yeast and dry hop instructions and bottle or keg after fermentation. .
