Hot Box NZ-Pils-Na

It's not really a Pilsner the nay sayers will chime in as it's made with an ale yeast.....but who has the time these days. A pilsner takes way too long to ferment and I just don't have the time. I'm thirsty now.

With a classic NZ Pilsner malt bill and a hop combo featuring two of NZ's finest Riwaka and Wai iti, bringing on that grapefruit, lemon/lime characters this is the beer we want heading into warmer weather, or all year round really. To compensate for the Ale yeast ferment we have added an extra dose of Acid to ping the crispness and pop those luscious hops

*This wort pack comes with everything needed to brew the beer. If you want to clear the beer we recommend using a beer finnings which is in the quick add section below. If the beer is being bottle conditioned will need either priming sugar or carbonation drops also in the quick add section below

What's a wort pack? A Wort pack is the easiest way to brew at home. No extra ingredients are needed. You are supplied with all the ingredients made at a pro brewery. Tip your wort into a fermenter add the yeast and dry hop instructions and bottle or keg after fermentation. .
