Double Cream Oatmeal Stout

This double cream Stout is intensely rich, strong and malty with a creamy, silky texture. A full bodied stout with dark mocha and chocolate aromatics. With the Black Rock Oatmeal stout as the base, a mix of Light and dark dry malt, dextrose for boosted alcohol and an overly generous hit of lactose, a non fermentable milk sugar that gives that creamy texture. Winter is calling.
