Beer Description
This brew is a clone of one of the first modern American Ales. Dating back to 1975, using the traditional methods and basic 4 ingredients. The bulk of the flavour and aroma coming from the American Cascade hops, used throughout the boil and also in the dry hop they produce a nicely balanced mix of floral, and citrus characteristic that sits well on the malt backbone.
