Black Beauty Super Turbo Yeast
High yeast count helps with creating a clean neutral spirit.
Mix in 6 kg of sugar or 7 kg of dextrose in warm water, add in the contents of the Black Beauty Super Turbo Yeast, then fill up to the 25 Litre mark.
Stir well and ferment at 20°C-25°C for 5 days or until the SG reaches 990. Allow to clear - you can use Turbo Clear to help with this process.
