Victory malt is an adjunct malt often used in pale ales and brown beers that adds a nutty, toast, biscuit, baking-bread element to the beer. Usually used in smaller proportions, at 25 to 28L Victory adds a red/orange tint to a finished product.
Along with the darker beers, Victory used in a small percentage can add a slight richness to lighter styles like Munich Helles and American Wheat.
