Morgans Ginger Beer
Morgans Ginger Beer kit can be made into both an alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink.
If you want a non alcoholic drink simply add in 115 grams of dissolved sugar into the 20 litre mix, and bottle. Leave for 2-3 weeks in a warm place before drinking..
For an alcoholic drink add in 1-2 kg of Dextrose into the 20 litre mix, let it ferment fully then bottle as normal with carbonation drops of Dextrose. Leave for 2-3 weeks in a warm place before drinking.
